(Monarda didyma) Fragrant plant with pale leaves. Leaves smell and taste rather like mint. Also known as Bee Balm because bees are attracted to it. Sow in late spring in a cold frame. Plant out in late summer or early Autumn leaving 25cm between plants. Bergamot should flower during the following summer.
