| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. Prices will be shown in Pounds Sterling. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" or "Checkout Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. UK: You can choose the following payment methods: Pay online now with a credit/debit card Pay online now via PayPal (For those with a PayPal account) Payment by Post/Telephone/Fax (Credit Card Details, Cheque, Postal Order) PLEASE NOTE: Your order will only be sent out once we have received and processed your payment. | Shipping And Handling All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Postal Service (First Class, Second Class or Standard Parcel Service) for UK and Air Mail for Europe and Rest of the World. The charge will be based on postage, packaging and handling costs.The maximum charge is £4.95 for deliveries within the UK. Some products in The Green Chronicle Shop include postage and packing costs within the price and for these items no further charge will be added. |
| Delivery Schedule We endeavour to deliver orders as soon as is possible. We will normally send out your order within 1-7 business days if the product is in stock. However due to the seasonal availability of some of our products the delivery time may be longer than stated above. If you require an item within a specific timescale (e.g. for a birthday) please let us know and we will advise on availability and projected delivery time. |

| Returns Policy Cancellation Rights: You have seven days to cancel your order from the time you receive the product(s). Provided that the product(s) returned to us are unopened (where applicable) and still of saleable quality we will refund the product(s) purchase price to you within 30 days of the date the notice of cancellation is given. We reserve the right to retain a proportion of the product price for products that include p&p in their price. Please inform The Green Chronicle of your intention to cancel the sale by sending us a notice of cancellation in writing. This can be done via e-mail, fax or post. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which the notice is sent. Include name, address and order number in the notice of cancellation. You are required to return the product(s) to The Green Chronicle and are responsible for bearing the costs of return. If, having issued a notice of cancellation, you do not then return the product(s) to The Green Chronicle, The Green Chronicle has the legal right to charge you for the direct cost of recovery of the product(s). Return the product(s) in question to the stated address for The Green Chronicle. Returns of damaged/unusable goods: If you receive product(s) sent by normal postal service that are damaged or unusable please get in touch with us within 7 days of receipt of the product(s) and we will be happy to replace the product(s) like for like or refund your money. PLEASE NOTE this statement does not include product(s) sent which require a signature upon delivery. If you believe that a product(s) sent has been damaged in transit please do not sign for the product(s). We will then be able to replace the product(s) or provide a refund.
