Sage

(Salvia officinalis) Sage is a perennial herb used widely in cooking. Has a special affinity with pork dishes. It can grow to a height of 60cm. Sow Sage seeds in pots from late spring to early summer. When seedlings are large enough to handle, plant out in a well drained sunny position leaving 6 inches between plants.
